These terms apply to every booking made on alshaheedadv.com and in the Alshaheed Adventures app. By paying for a booking, you agree to them.
1. Who sells your tickets
Alshaheed Adventures is operated by TAS Children's Amusement Games Co., a limited liability company registered in Kuwait under commercial registration no. 478546. Our attractions are at Al Shaheed Park, Phase 3, Kuwait City. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean TAS Children's Amusement Games Co.
2. What you are buying
- A session ticket is for one guest, at one attraction, on the date and at the time you chose.
- Items with no date or time. Sky Tunnel flight minutes for pro flyers are kept against your name, and you arrange your session with the tunnel team when you come in. Outdoor Fun activities are recorded on your booking and are not tied to a date or time.
- Add-ons, where offered, are added to your booking.
3. Prices
Prices are in Kuwaiti dinars (KD). The price of each ticket and the total are shown before you pay, and you pay the total shown at checkout.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by UPayments, our payment gateway. You are taken to its secure payment page and pay there by KNET, card or Apple Pay. We never see or store your card details.
Your booking is confirmed only once the payment has been confirmed with the gateway. If a payment does not go through, no ticket is issued and no money is taken.
5. Your confirmation
When your payment is confirmed, we email you a confirmation with your booking reference and your ticket, and the booking appears in your account. Show the QR code or gate code from your ticket at the entrance; there is no need to print it. If your gate code has not arrived yet, reception can find your booking by its reference.
6. The participation waiver
Every guest needs a signed participation waiver to enter. Waivers are signed online before your visit: you can add or change guests and sign their waivers on your order's waiver page, and we email you its link after you pay. A guest can be removed only until their waiver is signed.
The person booking must be 18 or over, and signs for the guests under 18 in their care.
7. Arrival and check-in
Check-in opens 30 minutes before your session and closes when the session ends. Once the session has ended, its ticket no longer admits anyone. Your session's start and end times are shown when you book.
8. Cancellations and refunds
Once a booking is paid, it cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged. This includes a session you miss, for example by arriving after check-in has closed.
There are two exceptions:
- If we cancel your session, we will contact you to rebook you or refund you in full.
- If your payment was taken but we could not confirm your booking, section 9 applies.
Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under the laws of Kuwait.
9. If you paid but your booking was not confirmed
Occasionally a payment goes through but the session you chose fills up or starts while you are paying. If that happens, you do not need to do anything: our team is alerted and will contact you to rebook you or refund you in full. Keep your booking reference, and do not pay again.
If you are not sure whether a payment went through, do not pay again. Contact us with your booking reference and we will sort it out.
10. Safety and venue rules
- Every guest must follow the venue rules, safety briefings and staff instructions.
- Each attraction's page shows who it is suitable for, including any age limit, and that applies to every guest.
- By signing the waiver, the person signing confirms that the guest is in good health and able to take part safely.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
