Deleting your Alshaheed Adventures account

How to delete your account

1. Open the app, or this website, and sign in.
2. Go to My account, then Delete your account.
3. Read what is deleted and what is kept, tick the box, and confirm with your password.

You are signed out on every device as soon as it is done.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in: your email address and your password. You will not be able to sign in again, and this email address becomes free for a new account.
• The name and phone number saved on your account.
• Every saved adventurer in your crew, with their names and ages.
• Any password-reset link you have asked for.

What is kept

• Your bookings and orders, exactly as they are, including what was paid and when.
• The guest names and the waiver signature on each booking.
• The name and phone number you gave at checkout, which stay on those bookings. They are what the attendance and sales records are built from. The email address you gave there is replaced along with your account's.
• The record that links your visits to the venue's entry system.

These are the venue's record of who came through the gate and the accounting record of what was sold, so closing an account does not remove them. Your email address is freed for a new account, and is removed from those bookings at the same moment so it can never be used to reach them.

If you cannot sign in

Email us from the address on the account and we will do it for you. We may have to check that the account is yours before we act.
